Race report by Greger Landén
From the start Alexander had good pace, seeding fourth for qualification. First qualification was very straight forward with Alexander taking a second place behind Daniel Kobbevik. Second qualification was again good, where Daniel and Alexander were head to head for a long time. Both of them made one mistake each, but Alexander ended up on his roof and Daniel landed on his wheels, so Daniel again took top honors. Third round we had a steering assembly that came loose, (mechanic's fault) so we needed to abort that round. This time Hampus Berg managed to take the first spot after some incidents for Daniel. Last round and it was now down to decide top three starting order. Alexander drove really well and again got a second place behind Daniel, but had to settle for third overall for the triple A-mains as Hampus secured a fourth in the round.

Starting order for the mains was then Kobbevik 1st. Hampus 2nd and Alexander 3rd. The first final was very static for a long time where Kobbevik was leading and Alexander was putting a lot of pressure on Hampus. Kobbevik made a mistake and dropped down and Alexander was then running second, but got hit by a car that was re-entering the track and dropped down the field. Eventually he managed to salvage third with Kobbevik taking first and Hampus second.

The second final saw a different scenario, where Hampus made a first lap mistake and let Alexander by. Alexander was staying with Kobbevik for a few laps, but had a traction roll and had to let Marcus Lind by. The track was really hard to overtake on, so Alexander wasn't able to pass even if he was able to hunt Marcus down. Finish order was Kobbevik, Lind and Landén. With that Kobbevik secured overall victory.

This meant that the remaining podium spots were quite open going into the final round. Daniel opted to start, but had some kind of failure and had to stop. This meant that Hampus and Alexander were running 1st and 2nd. Alexander was again putting pressure on Hampus who held up well, and with passing opportunities limited, a mistake from Hampus was needed to be able to pass. When there was less than a minute left, Hampus and Alexander were nose-to-tail and were passing a lapped car. Unluckily the back-marker made a mistake just in front of Hampus so all three got tangled. Hampus was able to break free, but Alexander got stuck, so there were a few seconds lost there. Unfortunately, it was too much to be able to catch up before the end of the race, so the finishing order was Hampus, Alexander and Hugo Bjurman who managed to get his XRAY into the third spot of that final. Great racing by everybody on the podium, with the young drivers showing that they all can drive fast even under heavy pressure.
